Skin boosters are not like regular dermal fillers, they do not hold their shape under the skin or define areas in any way. You cannot look 'overfilled' with skin boosters as they work differently. They stimulate the skin cells to produce collagen and elastin, attracting water within deeper layers of the skin to hydrate from the inside out. These processes counteract skin laxity and improve and restore firmness of the skin. This treatment is best suited to the older client, wanting to smooth and firm the skin, or the younger client wanting to hydrate and see that extra glow. For optimum results, two treatments are required a month apart.
