NEED TO CANCEL?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you will forfeit your £30 deposit paid on booking. By booking online, you agree to this condition.
RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
At Pure Aesthetics Mendip, our evening appointments are limited. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to squeeze you in as perfection takes time and we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
To consider
Anti-wrinkle injections are a prescription only medication and therefore require a face to face appointment with our Nurse prescriber. After this initial consultation, if deemed safe and appropriate to proceed, we will schedule a day for you to return for the injections. This consultation is a legal requirement. As with all treatments, there are possible side effects or complications that can arise. This will be discussed with you in depth during the consultation to ensure you are making an informed decision.
After the procedure, it can take 2-4 weeks for the full effects to be seen. If you have concerns during this time, please do not hesitate to get in contact. However, due to the time it takes for full effect to be seen, a face to face review would not be scheduled until 2 weeks post treatment.
